staff unless they complete the BCAE class. It’s simply a no-brainer. n

almost 20 of our alcohol-service staff. With our company policy that all
alcohol-service staff attend a state-approved liquor training class, this was
the easiest and most cost efficient way to go. The few who could not attend due
to restaurant scheduling were scheduled at a later date off-site, but the
on-site training was truly a lifesaver for us. n
